Simcity Buildit - freeze capital city since 2.0 in modification mode

since 2.0 release, my capital city freeze (become black) when I stay in modification service mode. I already reinstall my city but no change. How to fix this problem because my grace period finish in 3 days. My city name is Fredodo.
