Sims 3 and sims 2 disappeared from the EA app
And I can't find them anywhere. I am logged into my right e-mail, and I had them both installed and saw them only a few days ago in the EA app. How to fix this?

If you cannot see the games on your EA app library, please try clearing the EA app's cache: Clear cache to fix your game download or upload
If you're still unable to see your games, please contact EA Help Support so they can assist you further with your account.
