EA ID: Nickname contains a prohibited word or character + useless support

Question

Hey there I know it was already discussed but I still don't know what to do.

I'm trying to set my nickname, tried website, tried app, just getting, error that it contains prohibited word

My nickname everywhere is Tonoslav and I don't know what is prohibited on that (maybe slav is similar to slave, i don't know but its just a name without any hidden meaning)

Tried to contact support but wait times are unlimited, I went sleep after 3 hours wait and woke up to this response:

Also cannot set my phone but I know it will be even more difficult with this "useful" support

Sorry for being salty but how this company can work like this.
Just outsourcing support to India where probably some human read FAQ and reply with anything to close the case with no solution to this, in my opinion, easy to solve problem
