C:\ProgramData\Elecronic Arts\Services\License

The license folder and EA services folder aren't being installed at all when installing the EA app, and as a result, no game requiring the EA Launcher works. The tragic "game license is invalid, please go online and try again" error message comes up(even when youre online). Have tried clearing cache, uninstalling and reinstalling both app and games. Installing Visual c++ as well as all the necessary DirectXs, it does just seem to be the missing folders causing the issue. Manually creating the folders doesn't work either. I tried on 4 devices, 2 work absolutely fine, 2 don't. Windows 10 and 8 both have the same issue, its not a problem with the account or any specific game, as I mentioned I tried on multiple devices and various games and works fine on 2 but consistenly doesn't on the other 2.
