Re: Sims 3 - Packs missing from EA app

I bought The Sims 3 about 2 years ago now. Today, while I am playing The Sims 3, I exit out, restart my EA App so I can launch the game after it said that it was offline, and POOF, gone. I try loading the game again, and it says that I don't have access and "This title may have been downloaded to your device by another user who owns the game. Log in to a different account or restart the app and try again." The only person who's bought the game is me, no one else, and I only have one account. I don't know if this has anything to do with me migrating my Google account to make logging in easier, but I would feel like this shouldn't remove an entire game from my library. Please help!

Hello, I tried the method you provided but unfortunately that did not solve my issue in getting my game back. I did try resetting my password but that didn’t work, neither did going to support as they wanted an invoice number/ID which I couldn’t provide since the order in my order history is not there.

iddybiddy23 It sounds like you have a second EA account where your games are currently located. You'd need to speak with live support again for help on locating that second account in order to access your games again.
