unable to login

unable to login to my sims three account. I Have recently brought roaring heights  and sims points in the last month and am unable to access my new expanison pack or to use my sims point to purchase Items from the sims store. please help me

  • lilmissmermaid10​  To be clear, are you saying you can't login to your account on store.thesims3.com , or somewhere else?  If it's the website, have you tried a different browser?

    can't login when playing the game so any achievements i get will not count and i unable to access the new store content the i brought. it keeps saying it doesn't recognize my password and i have no special characters and recently update password, so it did not expire. this issue has been ongoing for  two weeks.

  • Having this same exact issue as of last night, the "welcome" tab in the launcher is blank, and I can't log in and therefore download my new content that I purchased on the sims 3 store.

    I have tried both your suggestions and unfortunately my issue was not resolved it still saying my email or password us not valid and am not able to login. 

  • lilmissmermaid10​  Try clearing Windows temp files:

    • Click Windows key-R
    • Enter %temp% in the run box
    • You should land in C:\Users\your username\AppData\Local\Temp
    • Delete everything inside
    • If some files or folders can't be deleted, restart your computer and try again
    • Clear Edge's IE-mode data yet again
