Sims 3 Not working and getting 500 code in EA library

So I could not get my Sims 3 to launch from EA so I completely scrapped my computer and cleaned and restarted it as a brand new computer.  I redownloaded the EA app and Sims 3 games.  The laucher worked great and then when I went to click on a world to play it says it could not work and a serious error occured. I then clear the EA cache, Repaired sims 3, restarted the app, and even repaired the EA app.  Restarted the compute and still getting the error message.  Then when I went to the Library to repair the sims 3 game again I received the 500 error message and nothing was showing in my library.  Please help.  I have not been able to play this game for almost 3 months now.  I have spent more time trying to get it to work then actually playing.  All of my other sims games work with no issues.
