Hi.
After trying all the methods listed in the help, such as deleting the cache, the problem persists with the message "The game license is invalid.
I've had EA Help respond to this issue, but they couldn't resolve it, so I'm asking for help here.
Additionally, I am not an English speaker. If you can help me, I would appreciate it if you could speak in simple English or Japanese.
I am doing my best to write this statement, but I am sure there are a few mistakes. I apologize in that case.
Please help me. I am in a very difficult situation.
Tried: reinstall (the sims4, EA App, Steam), delete cache, %programdate%.
Oddly enough, I have the EA desktop file on my pc, but no Electronic Arts file.
