Packs Installing but not showing up in game

I am currently having the same problem as you I got on this morning and when I went to my worlds half of them are missing I did all the steps I am getting irriatated

here's the really weird thing... on the home page of the EA App where you see new stuff and then go down it says new and popular then go down more it shows different types of packs...(only works if they aren't downloaded now) if you click on the ones u own...download them that way cuz it works BUT if you go to your sims 4 game and do Manage add-ons and download them that way it doesn't!!!! weird....I just tried and ya... first way worked and 2nd didn't...sadly 1st way doesn't show/work for kits...not sure a way around for those yet

more news!!! I was able to figure out how to download kits and make them work! I think A LOT of this might be the marketplace...on the front page in game it says at the top Home/Marketplace...click on marketplace, then my collection, then kits, then manage storage, then click on the kit u want to install ....lastly hit install! now sadly the kit will not show up in a sims 4 packs file on ur computer. (at least for me it doesn't doing it this way)...so if u want to uninstall any kits u do this way u go through the same steps as I typed for installing 🙂 ...I guess other packs u could do this way too..🤷‍♀️but this way seems kind of complicated and idk whatever the whole storage thing idk about too! but for now whatever works 🙂

for doing bigger packs read my other reply DON'T do it through Manage add-ons for the time being... unless it isn't giving u issues....
