HI, I have contected EA help now 3 or 4 times. this time however I gave them a link to this post in hope that the tech team will see that many of us can not play Sims 4, I have not been able to play Sims 4 for 10 months now And it´s starting to get on my nerves if I am being honest ^^;
I payed good money for a game I cant even play.
(Game licence is invalid) I know I have done everything, I even got a newer PC in hope that it would work but nope.
Now I am really, really, really hoping the tech team sees this, I just want to play tha game ☹️
Did you ever figure it out? I am in the same boat. This is crap!

No, I'm still having the problem. And still no help even after we all gave the requested info. Not really surprised by that since i've been dealing with this since May 2024.
