I get this error every time I try to launch The Sims 4. I've tried everything that I can find online; I force updated the EA app, uninstalled the EA app/TS4 and reinstalled it, cleared my cache, and it still won't launch.
I'm so beyond frustrated at this point and I don't know what to do. Please help!
EDIT: Still looking for a solution. Still incredibly frustrated that nothing is working. Please let me know if you know what I'm doing wrong.
Your not doing anything wrong. I've been dealing with this since May 2024 and have received no help from EA. Once they get our money they don't care if we can play the game or not. It's easier from them to blame the customer/customer's computer then to own up to causing the app to break.

perhaps it's time to post some comments on their social media to make it known, I spend more time installing/uninstalling and moving files around than playing, for such an expensive game it is a disgrace!
