I have uninstalled, cleared cache, download uninstalled and redownloaded vcredist_arm.exe, vcredist_x86.exe, vcredist_x64.exe nothing has worked. I have repaired files and updated EA games and also unistalled and reinstalled it. Same with the sims 4 and NOTHING is working!!!!
The same thing has been happening to me too since Sunday. I’ve tried everything except for uninstalling the game and reinstalling. I think it’s an EA app issue though.
