When I try to launch the sims 4, I get an error message with an invalid license. I worked with customer support and they weren't able to solve it. They then told me to make a post about it on the forums. Has anyone else had this issue and fixed it? I tried clearing the old license but a new license isn't generating.
Hasn't been fixed at all. I've been waiting 7 months for a fix. There's another guy who's been waiting a year on here for a fix. Don't let them gaslight you into thinking it's an issue on your end. I've tried everything and my laptop went kaput in the process (it was pretty old so probably was it's time to die).
I appreciate the bleak but realistic expectation setting.
