Won't let me sign into my EA app on my macbook

Every time I try to sign in with my Apple login or my Google One, it will direct me to the website to confirm it's me, and then tells me to go back to the EA app, "all good," click the EA app, and it won't let me go further because it is saying my IP has changed. And when I try to sign in manually, the verification code it sends to verify it's me never comes, and I've hit the resend button multiple times, but the code never comes. I get emails just fine, but this code is not being received. I haven't logged on in a while, so maybe that's why? I even deleted the EA app from my MacBook and redownloaded it, but nothing seems to work.
