When I try to launch the sims 4, I get an error message with an invalid license. I worked with customer support and they weren't able to solve it. They then told me to make a post about it on the forums. Has anyone else had this issue and fixed it? I tried clearing the old license but a new license isn't generating.
I also have been having the same problem for about 5 days now. I've searched everywhere for an answers from moving files different places, clearing caches, and reinstalling the EA app and the whole game and add ons (about 4 times now), to completely doing a hard reset on the whole computer twice. It has become such a pain to even deal with. I refuse to talk to customer support because any interaction I have read about dealing with them and this issue has always been the answer they gave to you. I hope this gets fixed because I just spent a very large chunk of my paycheck to get my computer fixed just to play this game.
