Hi! I posted below, but I found a solution that worked for me and posted it below. Just wanted to flag that incase it'll help out other people.
Hi, this is my report id bb3bd062-0365-4e60-beb5-e0674726813a, can you please get someone to fix our accounts most of us here in this thread tried everything on our side, it's time ea takes action, I have not been able to access any of my ea games for months now including sims4 with 10+ addons and sim city! All PAID! If this is not fixed within a month I will start legal actions, I have been gathering info of other affected gamers and believe me, we are with (too) many!😡
I'm all for getting them to fix our games but don't drag me or anyone else here into this if your absolutely serious about legal. This is your choice but don't make it everyone else's if they don't want to.
