Bumping it just for visibility. I got this fixed by telling an agent on the live service chat to remove the sims 4 from my library. He had to add it back because I couldn't "buy" it again even though it's free. After he did that, it was fixed. I've been able to play since with no issue. When you submit the letter on the link below, there's a button on the second screen that says contact an advisor-chat with us . Click on that one. It's 100% an account issue. It has nothing to do with your PC.
