I know hardly anything about any of this, but it's been doing this to me for weeks and i just really want to get it fixed. I have tried a couple different things that other people have posted on other posts to do but nothing works! please help
I have had the same issue for a few weeks now... I'm glad I'm not the only one
I JUST GOT MY GAME WORKING! Here's how I did it. I uninstalled the EA app and sims. I restarted my computer and downloaded sims through steam. It automatically installed the EA app. Its functioning now and downloading all my packs!
I'm going to try this, I've tried just about everything. I uninstalled EA, the sims game etc. but I didn't try downloading through steam. I'll try and see if that works.
