The 19 Aug 25 update deleted my Sims 4 Digital Games License.
I contacted support chat for EA app and they were unable to fix the issue. I have seen in the forum about this issue and noticed it has not been fixed in the last 2 years. I have taken all the steps below to try and fix the issue: However, I believe that it in on EA App to replace the Sims 4 Digital Games License it deleted with the update. To solve the issue, I have done all the steps below: none of them worked.
Cleared Cache
Clean Boot
Force updating with EAUpdater.exe.
Uninstalled both game and EA App & Reinstalled them
Pushed the Repair button under the Manage
Disabled my anti-virus
Don't use Steam or VPN
