I have both the sims 3 and 4 on EA. For some reason a few months ago the sims3 would let me go to the games main screen but when I clicked on a saved game it would say error. All of a sudden my sims 4 say it cant read the games license and i need to relaunch in online mode or to restart my cache. I literally have done all of those and even restarting my computer. NOTHING HAS WORKED. Someone please help me figure this out because I have put so much money into the sims 4 and this is the only video game I truly enjoy.
