This started 5 weeks ago aftr the game forced me to update. Haven't been able to play iy since them]n. Couldn't get th added content fo rth epack that had been released bc I can't buyit and won't if it son't let me play.
I've done the same things, on top of doing a clean boot of my pc and reinstalled Sims 4 as well. Still nothing
I am so bummed it seems there is no way to fix it :-(
