Did you ever figure out how to fix it? Because I am now having the exact same issue with zero results and I just want to paly.
I have not been able to fix it. I cleaned everything redownloaded and still the same issue. Very disappointed that there is no number to call for help or at least a live chat. Something where we could get help. I appreciate those who have offered assistance but still no luck with anything working as a fix.
Not on the forums but they do have a live chat. Might have to wait depending on how busy they are but they have one. A few people have posted what they had to do to get their issue fixed. Maybe take a look and see if any of them help you.
