Not on the forums but they do have a live chat. Might have to wait depending on how busy they are but they have one. A few people have posted what they had to do to get their issue fixed. Maybe take a look and see if any of them help you.

I think after you make your claim or ticket I think there's a chat bubble looking object you can click to wait there (don't really remember past the ticket part....it's been months since I've last used it)
