Any reason our issues with this are still unresolved? Lyonene has been dealing with this problem for 2 years without solution. I have been dealing with it for about a month now. I have tried LITERALLY EVERYTHING in this thread. I have factory reset my laptop and fresh installed everything. No longer have mods, no longer have CC, still can't access my game. Getting the same blanket response when we are saying these "fixes" aren't working is incredibly frustrating and honestly disrespectful to us as customers. I have contacted EA support and the guy told me he didn't know what was wrong. Didn't try to look at my account to see if stuff was broken on their end, just said a report would be filed and that was that. No solution. Can we please get an actual fix to this problem? This is insane.
