the app couldn't read the games license file, so we suggest relaunching the game in online mode. if the problem continues, try clearing your cache. thats what it says, and no matter how many times i do it, it still gives me that message. it even happens on my other PC and i just dont know what to do anymore, im about to flip my lid and have a huge BF. i have tried everything i can think of, ive uninstalled it, installed it, repaired it, saved my save files and moved them, went to documents and deleted everything, repaired it, found an old copy of sims 4 on my backup drive and repaired it and it also keeps updating none stop, i havent tried getting a pirated version of the sims 4 but im sure it would do the same thing. im out of ideas here. and before anyone ask, no there are no mods on the sims 4, my woman mostly plays the game and she dont use mods. can anyone help me?
