SIMS 4 - Switched from PC to iMAC. Can't acces DLC "Available for windows"

Hello, my girlfriend just switched from playing Sims 4 on my windows PC to iMAC.  She downloaded EA app on her mac and when going to the add-ons for the DLC packs, it's all grey and says "available...

Hi @SendingIversen,

It looks like she got these DLCs through Steam, judging by the icon next to them. Unfortunately, the game isn't compatible with Mac if you want to play it via Steam; it's only available on Windows.
