Sims 4 download speed is too slow?

Hey there, to fix slow download speeds on the EA app, please try the following steps: 

• clear the EA App cache by going to Help > App Recovery > Clear Cache
• check Settings > Download and set the download speed limit to Unlimited
• close the app, then right-click and run it as administrator; also, pause any other downloads or streaming apps
• add EA app in your antivirus/firewall as an exception
