I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game. I have cleared the ea cache. I have repaired the game. I have removed mods and done clean user trick. I have uninstalled ea and re installed. Everything is up to date. I made a report with ea customer service. I included the dxdiag thing. I was told issue would be reported as potential bug. My issue is that all of a sudden, the sims 4 won't launch. It goes to splash screen then crashes and I get an error saying "The sims 4 has failed to launch problem is on our end try again later" or something along those lines. It has been over a week, and I have the same issue. I'm trying to participate in the event, but my game won't launch

I did visit Ea and spoke to customer care but still no fix and even saw a thread from 5 years ago with someone having the same problem and still no fix.
