Sims 4 expansion pack download error

i have got sims 4 downloaded on to a hard drive. I successfully downloaded dream home decorator onto it with ease but now I have bought blooming room kit and business and hobbies expansion pack and they wont download on it. I keep getting an error code and I think its is because the programming is exFAT but I don't want have to undo what ive save on my hard drive to change the programming. so I'm wondering if there is anyway around it and why did it let me download dream home decorator and not others
