Sims 4 High School Years - will not download.

The only posts I've seen about this come from four years ago when the pack first came out. I recently had to do a complete reinstall of Sims 4 on my PC - and High School Years refuses to download yet...

If you look over the order history on your EA account, are you seeing a previous stuck purchase there showing as processing?
