Sims 4 Pack missing on New Computer Install

    Hi @ReviveMeBro23 , are any of your other packs showing correctly in the game?

    Have you tried clearing the EA app's cache to see if that helps? To do so, click on the three dashes in the far-left corner > Help > App Recovery > Clear cache.

After I followed those steps, I opened the game but still did not have Get Together. I closed the game and repaired but still did not have Get Together. I then went to the Get Together pack in the EA App and the download button was available so I downloaded it and now I have it. Thank you so much!
