Sims 4 packs is not available in EA Store

Hello sims Team,

i hope you are having a wonderful holidays

I just have a issue that the sims 4 is not showing in my EA store at all I was trying to purchases new packs but its gone from the shop im from the Middle East ( united Arab emirates ) and I’m checking if the packs are going to be back on the stores? or this is in issue or back it’s gonna be resolved.
