sims 4 seasons pack worlds cannot open in my macbook!!!

Hey everyone! I am a new macbook user that recently downloaded sims 4 again with ea app. I had sims 4 and all packs on steam but then when i got macbook i started to add new pacs on ea app for macOs....

dilanthepope​  What exactly do you mean?  Seasons doesn't come with its own world, unlike other expansions.  But if you're getting an error, please post a screenshot of it.
