Sims 4 will not open: Error on EA's end?

@Pearlesque  When you say you tried from a different account, do you mean a different EA account that also owns the game, or a different Windows account but using the same EA account?  Does the EA App itself load fully if you open it first?  Wnd what EA launch tool did you run?

Please also run a dxdiag and attach it to your reply.

@puzzlezaddict So sorry forgot to clarify!! So I tried with a different EA account which had the Sims downloaded and got the same result. EA App loads fine I think, it's only the Sims 4 which seems to have an issue. (Also forgot to mention I'm on Mac - my bad !!) Just attached an SS of the Mac-equivalent to gathering dxdiag - but please let me know if there's any specific I need to look at!! 🙂
