sims 4 won't download

Hi. I to updated the sims 4 but after my game language switched from english to czech. I reinstalled my game and everything was going right but the vintage glamour stuff stopped downloading at 92%. I couldn't cancel because when I tried to it was stuck at cancelling stage for hours. I reinstalled ea app and it told me to update again. Now it's stuck at 98% and says "undefined/s" even though my internet is completely fine. Can anybody help me?
