Sims 4

Hello,

I bought 2 packs of the sims 4 game. Shows that I own the pack but it does not show on my game it doesn't let me click on it states it was not downloaded. I uninstalled the sims 4 I deleted catches, I restarted my computer and still the game does not show. Can someone please help me with this situation. Thanks in advance!
