sims is unavailable

Question

I can't download sims I'm on a brand new MacBook? I've tried everything. when I click play for free on Mac (ea app) it takes me to sims and it just says "not available" so I tried it for windows and its the same thing. no-one else seems to have this problem? I have a MacBook Air m3&nbsp;

Try clearing the cache for the EA app with these steps, if you're still not able to download The Sims please attach a screenshot to your post of what exactly you're seeing.&nbsp;
