Sims packs are broken
When I go to load a saved file, it says I don’t own any of my packs. Then I click on the packs it says I don’t own and I says “you already own this”. The EA app also says my packs are installed.

Maybe you turned them off in the pack selection menu or through ea app? That's the only thing i can think of, so sorry if it won't help
Thank you for your suggestion. It also lists them as unavailable in the pack selection.
