Some random email connected to my playstation account

I’m trying to play madden with my friends but there is a random email connected to my playstation that i don’t have access to so i can’t verify and play online

    Hey AirHobbs​, 

    If you don't have access to the registered email to make any changes, you'll need to reach out to our support team directly so they can help update those account details.

    If you create a new case here and select Game Support > EA Account > I want to update my EA Account information, you should be able to get in touch with the support team so they can take a look.

there is a random steam account that was connected to my ea account and now I can’t connect my steam account I been trying to get help but no answers I have proof that its not my account but no one will answer

    the same thing is happening with me, like when i go onto the ea app and try to link it to steam, it doesnt work and tells me to reset my password and when i go on the https://myaccount.ea.com/ and i try to link it to steam, it says "

    Linked Accounts Found

    Your accounts can’t be linked because your Steam account sadafsalim949 already linked to your EA Account for ma*****@disconml.ru. An EA Account can only be linked to one Steam account in its lifetime.
