Struggling to Download Sims 4- EA App?

Hello!I'm struggling to download Sims 4 on my laptop. I've attempted to download the game 2 times already, both times were unsuccessful because it would get stuck/would not progress. I looked into other topics here and I've tried the reply recommendations: clearing the EA apps cache, uninstalled EA, restarted my laptop 2 times, and checked my connection. At this point I'm wondering if it's the EA app or if my laptop is incompatible.&nbsp;Laptop details:ASUS Vivobook Pro 15NVIDIA RTX3050 6GB w/ 24GB Memory- 2TB SSDIntel Core Ultra 9Windows 11Thanks in advance!

According to the specifications you provided, your laptop seems to meet the requirements to run the game.&nbsp;

If you have any Antivirus installed, could you please try disabling it when trying to download the game? If that doesn't work, please try changing the location of the installation folder and double check if you have enough storage space available on the drive selected.&nbsp;
