Subject: Retail Store Capital Transfer Issue – Been Playing with the Same Family for 8 Generations Hello, I am experiencing a serious issue with capital transfers in my retail stores in The Sims 4. I have been playing with the same family for 8 generations, and the problem specifically affects the capital transfer mechanism in my retail stores. Here are the details: Issue Description: After opening a retail store, when I click on the register to initiate a capital transfer and enter the desired amount, the amount is confirmed but is never actually transferred to the store’s account. Troubleshooting Steps I Have Taken: Tried transferring various amounts (e.g., 1,000, 10,000, 50,000 Simoleons). Saved and restarted the game, attempting the transfer in different sessions. Verified that my household funds are more than sufficient (even added extra money using cheats). Attempted to open multiple retail stores within the same family, while retail stores in other households work fine. 

Considered potential conflicts with mods and custom content (CC) by temporarily disabling them and testing the transfer.

Ensured that my game is updated to the latest version and performed a repair of the game files.

Observations:
This issue appears to be exclusive to my current family save file. Since retail stores in other households function correctly, the problem seems related to this specific family or possibly to corrupted store objects within the save.

As a dedicated player who values continuing an 8-generation family legacy, this issue is extremely frustrating. I kindly request any assistance or guidance in resolving this matter.
