Hello EA Support Team,

I am contacting you regarding an unexpected charge for an EA Play Pro subscription on my account.

The amount charged was $16.99 USD, under Order ID: 1011125355968.

I was very surprised to see this charge because I removed my payment card from my EA account last month, and I did not authorize or intend to subscribe to EA Play Pro. I have not used any of the subscription benefits, and I canceled the subscription immediately after noticing the charge.

For this reason, I kindly request a full refund for this transaction. I would appreciate it if you could review my case and assist me with resolving this issue.
