Same thing happened to me. I spent over an hour navigating ED'S ridiculously confusing maze to finally speak to someone in the chat support only to be told that they noted my issue but cant do anything because they are tech support and not marketing and sales. So now I have to wait until the next sale ...whenever that will be. Why does EA create sales with deadlines and then end them early? This has taken up so much of my day already.
