The game now works for me, but I didn't do anything, it fixed itself after a few weeks when I tried to download it again, and there was an update for the game. But a friend of mine said she had the same thing happening to her game and she did what the popup said and changed something with her antivirus, so maybe try that if it doesn't get better for you.
