technical issues

when ever i load up the game on steam for battle field 2042 i log in on my ea app and it keeps telling me that i cant  play with friends cause it says im starting up the game from a different app. why is that ? i deleted the game i deleted the app and it still says the same thing idk what to do any more plz fix this plzzzz.
