i logged into EA and tried to change my email but got a "recently changed" message and when i contacted support i didnt get the help i needed, it seems my account has been restricted from changing email and i dont know how long i should wait

To help keep your EA Account secure, we limit how often you can update your email address and EA ID.
You can only update your email address and EA ID once every 30 days.
You can change your email address back to an old one that was previously associated with your account without any restrictions.
If/when required, please make contact with an EA Help Advisor for assistance.

The last time I changed my recovery email was 5 months ago, and it seems EA has locked the ability to change my email and EA support has stopped helping me secure my account.
