The ban record is missing

My account has been banned from Apex Legends, but after a withdrawal appeal, the ban record disappeared. However, my Apex Legends is still banned, and now that there is no record, I cannot appeal. Is it just a bug in EA Help? What should I do? Without the records, I have no way to appeal. What are you guys up to, EA team!
