The game is not working

ı purchaesed a way out on steam my steam account is linked to  my ea account . when ı try to launch the game, it says " Preparing to launch" but the game never opens. I have cleared the steam cache several times and reinstalled both the game and the EA app. but the issue persist . Could you please help me.
