The language switched to Czech

Question

I am travelling outside of my home country. Started having issues with gray screen after pop ups (like selling items from sim's inventory). Read about it, thought it was because of the VPN. Uninstall the VPN. The issue persisted. And then I REPAIRED the game. Launched the game. It's in Czech, not in English now. Uninstalled the game. Wanted to download... The languages offered are Czech, Polish and Russian.

What is going on?!!!! I own most of the packs, paid God knows how much money and this is what I get?!

Guys, please, someone help me out. Have you encountered the problem and what shall I do. I want English back or I want my money back.

The languages available are dependent on what region you've purchased your copy of the game from. If you're looking to get different language options, you can try reaching out to the live support team to see if they can change the region version you currently have on your account. You can contact live support through&nbsp;the help site here to have them look into those options with you.

I bought 46 addons (packs and ktis) in the UK and the last one (ONE!) which is Life and Death in Poland. It does not make sense either way that the languages available to me are Polish, Czech and Russian.
