Cryis 3 Your Game Failed to Launch

can try this not sure if u have checked all the solutions that are suggested i am playing on pc windows 11

i first tried the solutions posted in replies and nothing worked, i tried setting app and game exe to start with admin privilege did not work

i paused security services i have running that also did not work 

because it was fresh install of my windows OS i tired to make sure i installed the latest .NET windows framework and C++,this also did nothing normally most of this stuff is forced on you when u install certain games 

so i turned to DX this worked for me, i clicked  manage, properties then open folder this should take u too your installed location then open the _installer folder then open directx folder then open redist folder search for and run the DXsetup.exe and my game then started after
